I'm a serial entrepreneur who has had more failures than successes, but I've learned for every one of them. I have been in conference rooms, offices and restaurants throughout the United States pitching investors who've loved my business ideas but far too many times they have been bluntly honest with me about how being Black is a sore point for their white investors.

For instance, one pitch session I was on the cusp of closing a deal worth over $1M and the Angel Investor suggested I not be in the room when the pitch went down. He was going to be the face of my company. His reasoning was "They wouldn't like the fact that you are Black." He actually thought he was doing me a favor by getting me money by any means necessary. No thanks! I decided to pull my business idea since I couldn't be the lead on MY idea. The purpose is for me to see this through, not some rich white men who can't see past skin color to recognize my ability to create an awesome business.

So, I set out to change the game. If we, BLACK people, remain powerless...we will always walk into a room filled with white powerful men and women who will determine our fate. No more! We must organize in a positive and effective way to achieve what the U.S. has owed us for centuries...Economic Equality

It's your choice...either you stand on the sidelines or suit up and get in the game to win it all! I've already decided to risk it all by showing the world what we're working with, BLACK people!
